Özet:
Bu çalışmanın amacı, DeBakey Tip III aort diseksiyon cerrahisinde debranching yapılan olgumuzda diseksiyon patolojisine eşlik eden karotis arter hastığının cerrahi prosedür üzerine etkisine dikkat çekmektir.
