Job Satisfaction as a Mediator in The Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Commitment Relationshıp: Evidence From The Manufacturing Sector in Jordan

Первая цель этой статьи — изучить влияние эмоционального интеллекта (EI) на организационную приверженность (OC), а вторая цель — понять, играет ли удовлетворенность работой (JS) посредническую роль в этой связи. Исследование проводилось с использованием данных, полученных от разных производственных компаний в Иордании. Выборка состоит из 411 сотрудников. Исследование проводилось количественным методом с использованием надежных и валидных шкал для измерения EI, OC и OC. Тесты на нормальность, описательная статистика, корреляционный и регрессионный анализ были выполнены на полученных данных с использованием программы SPSS. Кроме того, результаты теста на посредничество были подтверждены с использованием приложения SPSS PROCESS Macro. Согласно результатам, EI оказывает значительное и положительное влияние как на OC, так и на OC. Было обнаружено, что OC частично опосредует связь между OC и OC. Этот вывод показывает, что положительное влияние EI на OC реализуется за счет увеличения OC. Этот результат показывает, что сотрудники с высоким EI испытывают более высокий OC, и это укрепляет их приверженность организации. Исследование подтверждает важность EO и OT в продвижении OD и вносит вклад в литературу, предоставляя эмпирические доказательства. Результаты подчеркивают необходимость для производственных компаний разрабатывать политику на рабочих местах, которая может улучшить EO и OT сотрудников. Таким образом, компании могут воспитывать более преданную рабочую силу.
